- First response to your calls / complaints – 30 minutes max
- Service Response Guarantee for breakdown – 4 hours max
- Resolving minor / running breakdown – 48 hours max.
We will provide you the service visit free of cost in case we fail to attend to your critical service need within 4 hours.
