Your DG Sets are serviced by a team of over 200 Service Engineers & Technicians trained and certified by Cummins. In order to serve you better & faster we have installed a Service Delivery Process and measure our response and resolution time. Brief overview of the same is as under ..

Customer care no. for all your service calls or complaints – (020 66266222, 23)
This number is manned from 900 AM to 5 PM. After office No. :- +91 9850908146. You will get a Service Request Number for after office hours calls on next day.
Calls are logged online and a unique Service Request Number is generated by system is given to you for your future reference. An SMS is sent to caller’s mobile no. by system.
Respective Manager / Advisor calls back the customer within 30 minutes to help on phone or organize visit of service personnel based on your need and nature of job.
After completion of the job your call is closed based on engineer’s service report and your remarks. A Call confirmation is also taken by our CRM team.
You can also log your calls on “Cummins Care” APP now available on Android (Google)& iOS(Apple) and track the services yourselves. Link
