Brief & JD: The Engine Field Service Technician acts as a technical Specialist and the primary customer contact for diagnosing and executing complex repairs on Cummins engines and related systems at the technical support and service for Cummins engines, generators, and power systems customer site. The role requires technical Knowledge, Effective Communication, and Customer handling skills, ensuring a high level of service quality and Customer Satisfaction.
Qualification: ITI in Mechanic / Electrician / Related Trade, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering
